Anyone seeking to live a life OF purpose, ON purpose will find themselves fighting a daily battle between devotion and distraction. For the past 18 years, using one on one discipleship, small group workshops and environments, and large group storytelling engagements, Aarron has focused on helping leaders 1) capture and clarify their God-given calling (WHY? VISION?), 2) develop a calendarize strategy for accomplishing it (WHAT? STRATEGY?), and 3) overcome the daily challenges toward getting that mission accomplished in the tactical and practical (HOW? EXECUTION?), resulting in less stress and more “YESSSSS!!!” (and as often as possible, zero-inbox!)
Aarron has partnered with individuals, men’s ministries such as Cards on the Table, Men Step Up, and One Thing for Men, small to mid-sized churches, and leadership organizations like Iron Forums and Lifework Leadership to help them drive engagement and missional outcomes – helping people answer the question “HOW? How do I walk out my faith in the workplace in a way that is 1) organic, 2) intentional, and 3) impactful.
