Iron Forums is a community for Christian business owners who want to grow—but know they can’t do it alone. We exist to help leaders Connect relationally, Sharpen each other spiritually and professionally, and Grow in every area that matters: faith, business, and family.
We meet for a half-day Forum once a month where real growth happens—through shared wisdom, accountability, and deep encouragement from like-minded peers. If you're serious about growing as a leader and a follower of Christ, this is the space for you. text goes here

Iron Forums is for owners, entrepreneurs and solo-prenuers who are humble, hungry, and led by the Holy Spirit—or desire to be. If you're willing to be sharpened, want to grow with others, and are ready to lead your company from a place of Christ-centered clarity, you're in the right place.
We find our sweet spot in working with small business owners that have 2-50 employees. This helps keep the topics relevant to all and the snapshot groups valuable. We are industry agnostic and because this is not a networking group, we have no industry cap.
-
Iron Forums is most impactful when members engage intentionally and consistently. The monthly Forum is the minimum commitment, but real growth happens through ongoing community, accountability, and support from facilitators, advisors, and fellow members.
-
Each Forum Day is a half-day monthly rhythm built to help you Connect, Sharpen, and Grow by refocusing your heart, mind, and leadership in the right direction. Because there’s only so much you can cover in half a day, we pack in high-value content and peer relationships—and then equip you with tools and resources to dive deeper after you leave.
The first half of the day is focused on training and content designed to spark growth in faith, business, and leadership. Then, in the second half, we move into our Snapshot process—small-group conversations where 3–4 peers share openly, troubleshoot problems, and check in on how they’re really doing. It’s a safe, confidential space, because we know it’s often lonely at the top—and every entrepreneur needs a place to be heard, challenged, and encouraged.
-
Yes! We encourage prospective members to visit a Forum to experience it firsthand. This allows you to see the value of the group, meet other members, and determine if it’s the right fit for you.
-
To join, start by visiting a Forum. If Iron Forums aligns with your goals, you’ll go through an onboarding process to ensure a strong fit. Membership is both a time and financial investment, but it’s well worth it—that’s often the cost of growth.
-
It’s more than both. Iron Forums combines faith + business + community in a way that transforms lives. It’s not just information or networking—it’s a guided process that helps you identify what God is doing in your life and leadership, and equips you to take action.
-
We’re thankful for and supportive of groups like C12, Convene, and Faith Driven Entrepreneur. Each of us serves the Kingdom in complementary ways. Iron Forums is specifically designed for owners of businesses under $20M in revenue—leaders who are often in the trenches, wearing many hats, and seeking both community and practical growth.
-
Visit our Find a Forum page and we’ll connect you with the right group in your area—or one that’s currently forming. If you don’t see a forum in your area, please send us an email letting us know you are interested as we have new forums forming all the time.
