Barry Lusk serves as the Integrator at Iron Forums, where he brings strategic leadership and operational alignment to support the organization’s mission. A 1995 graduate of Berry College with a B.S. in Finance, Barry’s life and career were profoundly shaped during his college years when he first encountered the gospel and committed his life to Jesus Christ.

With a rich background in vocational ministry—including collegiate, pastoral, and marketplace contexts—Barry is passionate about helping others grow in their relationship with Christ and live out their God-given calling for meaningful Kingdom impact.

He and his wife, Tracy, have raised two sons and a daughter and are now embracing the joy of the empty nest. Together, they enjoy traveling, sports, and time with friends, and they actively lead Joy Hub, a nonprofit dedicated to guiding leaders, teams, and couples into deeper joy and purpose.
